Using the above illustration, proceed with gasket insertion as follows:

DO NOT TWIST OR STRETCH THE GASKET DURING THESE STEPS!
Note: Offset the seam of the gasket approximately two (2) inches to the left or right from the top center of the head ring.

This process is used for all gasket sizes.

Step 1
Insert approximately two (2) inches of the gasket at Point 1.

Step 2
Find the center of the remaining part of the gasket and insert approximately two (2) inches at Point 2.

Step 3
Find the center of the seal between Points 1 and 2 and insert approximately two (2) inches into Points 3
and 4.

Step 4
Find the center of the seal at Points 5, 6, 7, and 8 on the gasket and insert approximately two
(2) inches into the channel at these points.

Step 5
Insert the gasket into the channel around the chamber with a hand stroke as to compress the seal
rather than stretch it. (The reason for this is because the seal is intentionally made a small percentage
larger than the opening for it.)
