PRIMUS is happy to offer online ordering to its customers. Customers can look up and order parts 24/7/365 on the PRIMUS website at www.primus-sterilizer.com. Ordering parts online is quick and easy. Just follow the steps listed below to register online and place orders.
Registering for an Account
After arriving at the PRIMUS website, simply follow these steps:
- Step 1 – Hover over Order Parts and select Order Sterilizer Parts.
- Step 2 – Select Register, located under Store Customer Login.
- Step 3 – Fill in the fields for E-mail, Password, and Confirm Password.
- Step 4 – Fill in the fields for the Bill To Information and Customer Information.
- Step 5 – After reading the Terms of Service, select the box next to “I agree to the Terms of Service.”
- Step 6 – At the bottom of the page is a security section. Type in the security word or number seen and then select Send Registration.
NOTE
If registration is successful, the screen will have a pop-up reading
“Info: Registration Completed! Your account has been created and an
activation link has been sent to the e-mail address you entered. Note
that you must activate the account by clicking on the activation link
when you get the e-mail before you can login.”
Ordering Parts
Once an account is set up, it is time to order! After arriving at the PRIMUS website, follow the steps below to place an order:
- Step 1 – Hover over Order Parts and select Order Sterilizer Parts.
- Step 2 – Enter login information under Store Customer Login.
NOTE
Part numbers can be found by using the Search for Parts tool or by
utilizing the Parts Categories Menu. When using the search bar, a
customer can either search by part number or by part description.
- Step 3 – Once the needed part is identified, enter the quantity needed and select Add to Cart.
- Step 4 – Repeat Step 3 until the order is complete.
- Step 5 – Once finished ordering, select Show Cart under Your Shopping Cart.
- Step 6 – Review the Cart to make sure part numbers and quantities are correct. Quantity purchased can be changed or deleted by clicking on the icons next to the line item. To update the quantity in the cart, change the number in the Quantity box, then select the refresh button icon. To delete an item, simply select the trash bin icon next to the part that needs to be deleted.
- Step 7 – For customers with a coupon code, enter it in the box provided below the order and hit Submit.
- Step 8 – Select Checkout if the order is complete or Continue Shopping to add additional parts.
- Step 9 – When ready to check out, review the order and billing information. Enter an available coupon code if forgotten in Step 7. Ensure all information is correct, then select Next.
NOTE
If needed, a new billing address and/or shipping address can be
entered on this page by clicking on Update Address or Shipping
Address, respectively.
- Step 10 – Select the method to ship the order, then select Next.
- Step 11 – Select the payment method: Credit Card or Purchase Order, then select Next.
- Step 12 – Make sure to review all information one final time. In the comment box, please enter the PO number to use for the order. Also, leave any important notes regarding the order in this section. Then select Confirm Order.
- Step 13 – If the order was completed successfully, a webpage will display to offer thanks for the order and to acknowledge it was placed successfully. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided when registering. A link to view the order details is also provided. The order details will show exactly what PRIMUS sees once the order comes through, including the online order number.
After placing an order, customers are notified once the order has been confirmed, and then again once the order has shipped.
