If you want to print out all the setpoint parameters for a PSS500 controller, do the following steps in sequence:

Procedure

  1. Turn off the yellow breaker switch on control panel
  2. Open the controller lid and toggle the EPROM switch (located under “CAUTION” on the control board) from OPER to CAL
  3. Turn the yellow breaker switch back on
  4. The display will now show “HIT ANY BUTTON”
    • Warning! When in “EEPROM DIAGS”, do not hit [ENTER] when “SET DEFAULT VALUES” is displayed. This will result in the loss of all setpoints and calibrations!
  5. Use the [Arrow] and go to “EEPROM DIAGS”. Hit [ENTER]
  6. [Arrow] to “PRINT MACHINE VALUES”. Hit [ENTER]
  7. The printer will now print the setpoints
  8. Turn off the yellow breaker switch
  9. Switch the EPROM from CAL to OPER
  10. Turn the yellow breaker switch back on
