Nozzles
- Spray nozzles feature 200-mesh stainless steel filter screens.
- Nozzles are located between the belts to ensure a full, unobstructed spray on the product.
- Easily removable nozzles for cleaning or replacement.
- Nozzles provide 100% coverage.
- The nozzles are provided with a needle valve for optimum spray adjustment.
- In-line unions easily allow for the removal of piping for nozzle replacement.

- The control panel is a plastic, NEMA 4-rated electrical box, complete with contacts, relays, and timers for the electric eye and speed controller.

| Spent Chemical Tank | Recycle or discard all or none of the overspray disinfectant. The unit features a second 5-gallon chemical waste tank and a 3-way valve, allowing adjustment of the recycled-to-waste ratio. The tank is equipped with a high-level probe and indicator light to alert the operator when the tank is full. The tank can be easily removed and emptied via its top access cap. |
